رئيس جامعة السويس يستقبل شعلة أسبوع شباب الجامعات المصرية استعدادًا لانطلاق فعالياته بجامعة المنيا

استقبل صباح اليوم أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس شعلة أسبوع شباب الجامعات المصرية، الذي تنظمه جامعة المنيا، وذلك في إطار جولتها بين الجامعات المصرية استعدادًا لانطلاق فعاليات الحدث الشبابي الأكبر الذي يجمع طلاب الجامعات من مختلف أنحاء الجمهورية.
وقام بتسليم الشعلة أ.د. محمد خلف الله إبراهيم رئيس الوفد المصاحب لشعلة أسبوع شباب الجامعات، يرافقه الوفد المرافق وحملة الورود، وكان في استقبالهم أ.د. عزالدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، والأستاذ الدكتور شريف فهمي القائم بأعمال نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون الدراسات العليا والبحوث، والسادة عمداء الكليات، ولفيف من طلاب أسرة “طلاب من أجل مصر”.
وأكد الدكتور أشرف حنيجل، خلال كلمته، أن شعلة أسبوع شباب الجامعات تمثل رمزًا للعطاء والإبداع والتعاون بين شباب الجامعات المصرية، وتعكس ما يمتلكه الشباب من قدرات وإمكانات واعدة تسهم في بناء المستقبل. كما وجه التحية إلى أ.د. عصام الدين فرحات رئيس جامعة المنيا وجميع القائمين على تنظيم الحدث، متمنيًا لهم التوفيق في إخراج هذا الملتقى الوطني بصورة تليق بشباب الجامعات المصرية.
وأشار رئيس الجامعة إلى أن أسبوع شباب الجامعات يجسد اهتمام الدولة المصرية بقيادة فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي بالشباب باعتبارهم الثروة الحقيقية للوطن، مؤكدًا أن الدولة تواصل جهودها في دعم ورعاية الموهوبين وتنمية قدراتهم العلمية والثقافية والرياضية، بما يسهم في إعداد جيل قادر على تحمل المسؤولية والمشاركة الفاعلة في بناء الجمهورية الجديدة.
كما وجه حنيجــــــــــل التحية لمعالي أ.د. عبدالعزيز قنصوة وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي مشيرا الى هذا أن الحدث يعكس رؤية الوزارة في تعزيز دور الأنشطة الطلابية باعتبارها أحد أهم أدوات إعداد الشباب وتمكينهم من الإبداع والتميز، مشددًا على استمرار جامعة السويس في دعم طلابها ورعاية مواهبهم وإتاحة الفرص أمامهم لتحقيق التميز في مختلف المجالات.
ووجه رئيس الجامعة رسالة إلى الطلاب دعاهم فيها إلى الإيمان بقدراتهم، والسعي المستمر نحو التميز، واتخاذ العلم والعمل والإبداع سبيلًا للنجاح، مؤكدًا أنهم يمثلون الأمل الحقيقي لمستقبل مصر ومحركها نحو المزيد من التنمية والتقدم.
وعقب مراسم الاستقبال، قام الوفد بزيارة المستشفى الجامعي بجامعة السويس، باعتباره أحد أهم المشروعات القومية التي تدعم المنظومة الصحية بالمحافظة. وخلال الجولة استعرض الدكتور أشرف حنيجل إمكانات المستشفى، موضحًا أنها تضم في مرحلتها الأولى 110 أسرّة، و22 وحدة للغسيل الكلوي، و13 سرير عناية وسيطة، و18 حضانة للأطفال، و17 عيادة خارجية في مختلف التخصصات، بالإضافة إلى 5 غرف عمليات ووحدة متخصصة لمناظير الجهاز الهضمي، بما يسهم في تقديم خدمات طبية متميزة وفق أعلى معايير الجودة.
كما شهدت الزيارة كلمات لعدد من الطلاب المشاركين، حيث أعرب أحد الطلاب عن تقديره للدعم الكبير الذي توليه القيادة السياسية للشباب وتمكينهم في مختلف المجالات، فيما عبرت إحدى الطالبات الوافدات من السودان عن شكرها وامتنانها لما توفره الجامعات المصرية من رعاية وبيئة تعليمية داعمة للطلاب الوافدين، مؤكدة أن مصر تمثل نموذجًا متميزًا في احتضان الأشقاء من مختلف الدول.
كما شملت جولة شعلة أسبوع شباب الجامعات المصرية زيارة جامعة السويس الأهلية، بحضور إ.د. أشرف حنيجل رئيس جامعة السويس، أ.د. أسامة مسعود نائب رئيس الجامعة للشئون الأكاديمية بجامعة السويس الأهلية، د. أحمد الدسوقي مدير البرامج بالجامعة. وخلال الزيارة، اطلع الوفد المرافق للشعلة على الإمكانات التعليمية والأكاديمية التي توفرها الجامعة الأهلية، وما تضمه من برامج دراسية حديثة وتجهيزات متطورة تدعم جودة العملية التعليمية وتواكب متطلبات سوق العمل. وأكد الحضور أن جامعة السويس الأهلية تمثل إضافة نوعية لمنظومة التعليم الجامعي، وتسهم في إعداد كوادر مؤهلة قادرة على المنافسة والإبداع، بما يتماشى مع رؤية الدولة المصرية في تطوير التعليم العالي وبناء الإنسان المصري.

President of Suez University Receives the Torch of Egyptian Universities Youth Week Ahead of Its Launch at Minya University

This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, received the torch of Egyptian Universities Youth Week, organized by Minya University, as part of its tour of Egyptian universities in preparation for the launch of the country’s largest youth event, which brings together university students from across the Republic.
The torch was handed over by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khalafallah Ibrahim, Head of the delegation accompanying the Youth Week torch, accompanied by members of the delegation and the flower bearers. They were received by Prof. Dr. Ezz El-Din Husseini Gad, Vice President of Suez University for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dr. Sherif Fahmy, Acting Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; the university’s deans; and a large number of students from the Students for Egypt family.
In his address, Dr. Ashraf Heniegal emphasized that the Youth Week torch represents a symbol of giving, creativity, and cooperation among Egyptian university youth. It also reflects the promising abilities and potential of young people that can contribute to building the future. He extended his greetings to Prof. Dr. Essam El-Din Farahat, President of Minya University, and all those involved in organizing the event, wishing them success in presenting this national gathering in a manner befitting Egyptian university youth.
The President of Suez University noted that Egyptian Universities Youth Week embodies the Egyptian state’s commitment, under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to young people as the nation’s true wealth. He stressed that the state continues its efforts to support and nurture talented young people and develop their scientific, cultural, and athletic abilities, thereby contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of assuming responsibility and actively participating in building the New Republic.
Heniegal also extended his greetings to Prof. Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, noting that the event reflects the Ministry’s vision of strengthening the role of student activities as one of the most important tools for preparing and empowering young people to achieve creativity and excellence. He stressed Suez University’s continued commitment to supporting its students, nurturing their talents, and providing them with opportunities to excel in various fields.
The University President addressed the students, calling on them to believe in their abilities, pursue excellence continuously, and make knowledge, hard work, and creativity their path to success. He emphasized that they represent Egypt’s true hope for the future and its driving force toward greater development and progress.
Following the reception ceremony, the delegation visited Suez University Hospital, one of the most important national projects supporting the healthcare system in the governorate. During the tour, Dr. Ashraf Heniegal highlighted the hospital’s capabilities, explaining that its first phase includes 110 beds, 22 dialysis units, 13 intermediate-care beds, 18 neonatal incubators, 17 outpatient clinics covering various specialties, as well as five operating rooms and a specialized gastrointestinal endoscopy unit. These facilities contribute to providing high-quality medical services in accordance with the highest standards of quality.
The visit also included remarks by several participating students. One student expressed appreciation for the significant support provided by the political leadership to young people and for empowering them in various fields. A female student from Sudan expressed her gratitude for the care and supportive educational environment provided by Egyptian universities to international students, affirming that Egypt represents an outstanding model in welcoming and supporting students from different countries.
The tour of the Egyptian Universities Youth Week torch also included a visit to Suez National University, attended by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University; Prof. Dr. Osama Masoud, Vice President of Suez National University for Academic Affairs; and Dr. Ahmed El-Desouky, the University’s Programs Director.
During the visit, the delegation accompanying the torch toured the educational and academic facilities available at Suez National University, including its modern academic programs and advanced infrastructure, which support the quality of the educational process and meet the requirements of the labor market. The participants emphasized that Suez National University represents a qualitative addition to the higher education system and contributes to preparing qualified graduates capable of competing and innovating, in line with the Egyptian state’s vision for developing higher education and building the Egyptian individual.
