الإعلامية ميادة سيف انطلاق مهرجان سيبى الدولي لسينما الطفل والأسرة بقنا بمشاركة ذوي الهمم

أعلنت الإعلامية ميادة سيف، المدير الإداري لمهرجان “سيبى” الدولي لسينما الطفل والأسرة، أن الدورة الأولى للمهرجان ستنطلق خلال الفترة من 30 يناير حتى 3 فبراير 2026 بمدينة قنا، لتكون أول تجربة دولية من نوعها تربط بين قضايا الطفل والأسرة والسينما، مع مشاركة واسعة من أبناء المحافظة من ذوي الهمم عبر ورش تثقيفية وفنية ورياضية.
وأضافت أن فعاليات المهرجان تهدف إلى توعية ذوي الهمم بحقوقهم وفقًا للقانون رقم 10 لسنة 2018، بما يشمل التمكين والدمج والإتاحة والعمل والعلاج، إلى جانب تقديم عروض سينمائية تناسب احتياجاتهم وتنظيم مسابقات لاكتشاف مواهبهم على المستويين الفني والرياضي.
كما أشارت “سيف”، بصفتها رئيس مجلس أمناء مؤسسة رجال الأعمال العرب للتعاون الاقتصادي (المشهرة برقم 7213 لسنة 2023 بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي)، الراعي الرسمي للمهرجان، إلى أن المؤسسة أولت اهتمامًا كبيرًا بملف ذوي الهمم عبر تنظيم ندوات تثقيفية وورش تعليمية ومهنية ومسابقات فنية، فضلًا عن تكريم الأمهات المثاليات والاحتفال سنويًا باليوم العالمي لذوي الإعاقة في ديسمبر.
وأكدت أن إقامة المهرجان في جنوب الصعيد تمثل نقلة نوعية من المحلية إلى العالمية، من خلال استضافة ثقافات أجنبية وتبادل الخبرات بما يعزز الحوار الإنساني والتعاون بين الشعوب، في انسجام مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة للأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي.
ويعد مهرجان “سيبى” أول حدث سينمائي دولي يدمج قضايا الطفل والأسرة ضمن فعالياته، في خطوة جديدة لفتح آفاق أوسع للثقافة والفن داخل المجتمع المصري وتعزيز وعي الأسرة بحقوق الطفل.

The media, Mayada Saif, the administrative director of the “Sibi” International Festival for Child and Family Cinema, announced that the first session of the festival will start during the period from January 30 to February 3, 2026 in the city of Qena, to be the first international experience of its kind linking the issues of the child, the family and the cinema, with the wide participation of the children of the province with concerns through workshopsEducational, artistic and sports.She added that the festival activities aim to educate people with concern about their rights in accordance with Law No. 10 of 2018, including empowerment, integration, availability, work and treatment, in addition to providing cinematic shows that suit their needs and organize competitions to discover their talents at the technical and athletic levels.
Saif, in its capacity as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Businessmen Foundation for Economic Cooperation (famous No. 7213 of 2023 at the Ministry of Social Solidarity), the official sponsor of the festival, also indicated that the Foundation paid great attention to the file of people with determination by organizing educational seminars, educational and professional workshops and technical competitions, as well as honoring mothersTamps and celebrate annually the International Day of Disabilities in December.She emphasized that the establishment of the festival in the south of Upper Egypt represents a qualitative shift from the local to the world, by hosting foreign cultures and exchanging experiences in a way that enhances human dialogue and cooperation between peoples, in harmony with the sustainable development goals of the United Nations and the European Union.
The “Sibi” festival is the first international cinematic event that merges the issues of the child and the family within its activities, in a new step to open broader horizons for culture and art within Egyptian society and enhance the family’s awareness of the rights of the child.
