حلّ الإعلامي أحمد أبو السعد على قناة الحدث اليوم في برنامجة المميز “كورة الأربعاء”، حيث ناقش أزمة الأكاديميات الرياضية في مصر، مؤكدًا أن المشكلة الحقيقية لا تكمن في كثرة عددها، بل في غياب “الوقود الحقيقي” المتمثل في الدعم الإداري والفني من جانب المسؤولين والمدربين.
وأوضح أبو السعد أنّ شكاوى أولياء الأمور تتزايد يوميًا بشأن ضياع فرص أبنائهم الموهوبين، في ظل سيطرة مفهوم “الاستثمار” على حساب تطوير اللاعبين ومنحهم الفرص الحقيقية.
هذا وأضاف: “رغم أن هناك مدربين كبارًا وشبابًا واعدين يقدمون عملًا مميزًا، إلا أن العدد الضخم من الأكاديميات أصبح يفوق الحد، حتى صارت أكثر من السيارات في الشوارع، وهو ما خلق حالة من الفوضى”.
وأشار إلى أنّ الأكاديميات تحمل جانبًا إيجابيًا، إذ وفّرت فرصًا للاعبين بالقرب من أماكن سكنهم، وهو ما لم يكن متاحًا قبل عقدين من الزمن، مستشهدًا بتجربة النجم محمد صلاح مع نادي المقاولون العرب وسفره اليومي الطويل للتدريب.
لكنّه شدّد على أنّ هذه الإيجابيات ستفقد قيمتها إذا لم يتوافر الدعم والتنظيم، موضحًا أن الأكاديميات أصبحت بمثابة “الماكينة” التي تزوّد الأندية بالمواهب، ومع ذلك يظل غياب الإدارة الحقيقية سببًا في إهدار العديد من الفرص.
واختتم أبو السعد تصريحاته بالإشارة إلى مباراة منتخب مصر المقبلة أمام بوركينا فاسو، مؤكدًا أن الملعب الذي سيستضيف اللقاء لم تُلعب عليه مباريات منذ أربع سنوات، ما يمنح المواجهة طابعًا خاصًا.

The journalist, Ahmed Abu Al -Saad, was on the Al -Hadath channel today in the distinguished Bernamaga “Koura Wednesday”, where he discussed the crisis of sports academies in Egypt, stressing that the real problem does not lie in the large number of its number, but rather in the absence of “real fuel” represented in administrative and technical support by officials and coaches.
Abu Al -Saad explained that the complaints of parents are increasing daily regarding the loss of the opportunities of their talented children, in light of the control of the concept of “investment” at the expense of the development of players and give them real opportunities.
This added: “Although there are senior trainers and promising youth who offer a distinguished work, the huge number of academies has become more than the limit, until they became more than cars in the streets, which created a state of chaos.”
He pointed out that the academies carry a positive aspect, as they provided opportunities for players near their places of residence, which was not available two decades ago, citing the experience of the star Mohamed Salah with the Arab Contractors Club and his long daily training for training.
However, he stressed that these positives will lose their value if there is no support and organization, explaining that the academies have become the “machine” that provides clubs with talents, yet the absence of real administration remains a reason to waste many opportunities.
Abu Al -Saad concluded his remarks by referring to the upcoming Egypt national team match against Burkina Faso, stressing that the stadium that will host the meeting did not play matches for four years, giving the confrontation a special character.
