استقبل أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيس جامعة السويس، معالي السفيرة نبيلة مكرم _ رئيس الأمانة الفنية للتحالف الوطني للعمل الأهلي التنموي ووزيرة الدولة لهجرة وشئون المصريين بالخارج سابقًا، ومعالي الوزير اللواء أ.ح هاني رشاد علي محافظ السويس، وذلك في إطار الاستعدادات الجارية لافتتاح المستشفى الجامعي مطلع الشهر القادم.
خلال الزيارة، استمعت معالي السفيرة إلى شرح مفصل من رئيس الجامعة حول إمكانات المستشفى، والأقسام والتخصصات الطبية التي يضمها، والتجهيزات الحديثة التي تم توفيرها لتقديم خدمات صحية متكاملة على أعلى مستوى. وأوضح رئيس الجامعة أن المستشفى يمثل نقلة نوعية في المنظومة الصحية بالمحافظة، حيث سيخدم الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس وأبناء السويس كافة، ويعزز من دور الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع.
أكد معالي الوزير المحافظ أن المحافظة بقيادته تقدم كل أشكال الدعم للمستشفى الجامعي على مختلف المستويات، سواء في البنية التحتية أو التنسيق مع المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة، لضمان خروج هذا الصرح الطبي بالصورة المثلى التي تليق بمحافظة السويس وأهلها. وشدد على أن المستشفى سيكون إضافة قوية للمنظومة الصحية في مصر، ومصدر فخر لأبناء المحافظة.
ومن جانبها أعربت معالي السفيرة نبيلة مكرم عن إعجابها الكبير بالمستوى المتميز للمستشفى الجامعي، مؤكدة تفاؤلها بأن المستشفى سيقدم خدمات صحية راقية تليق بأبناء السويس، وأنه يعكس حجم الجهد المبذول من الجامعة والمحافظة وكافة المؤسسات المتعاونة لإنجاح هذا المشروع الوطني.
اختتمت الزيارة بتوجيه التحية لكافة القائمين على المشروع، والتأكيد على أهمية استمرار التعاون بين الجامعة والمحافظة والمؤسسات المختلفة لضمان تشغيل المستشفى بأعلى كفاءة، بما يحقق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ويخدم المجتمع المحلي.

Professor Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, welcomed Her Excellency Ambassador Nabila Makram, Head of the Technical Secretariat of the National Alliance for Civil Development Work and former Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs, along with His Excellency Major General Hany Rashad Ali, Governor of Suez, as part of the ongoing preparations for the inauguration of Suez University Hospital at the beginning of next month.
During the visit, the Ambassador received a comprehensive briefing from the University President on the hospital’s capabilities, medical departments and specialties, and the state-of-the-art equipment provided to ensure the delivery of integrated, high-quality healthcare services. Professor Dr. Heniegal explained that the hospital represents a major milestone in the development of healthcare services in Suez Governorate, as it will serve students, faculty members, university staff, and the wider community while further strengthening the university’s role in serving society.
Governor Hany Rashad Ali emphasized that Suez Governorate is providing full support for the university hospital at all levels, including infrastructure development and coordination with governmental and private institutions, to ensure that this distinguished medical facility is inaugurated in a manner befitting the people of Suez. He stressed that the hospital will constitute a significant addition to Egypt’s healthcare system and a source of pride for the governorate.
For her part, Ambassador Nabila Makram expressed her great admiration for the exceptional standards of the university hospital, stating that she is confident it will provide high-quality healthcare services worthy of the people of Suez. She added that the project reflects the tremendous efforts made by the university, the governorate, and all partner institutions in bringing this important national project to fruition.
The visit concluded with expressions of appreciation to everyone involved in the project and a reaffirmation of the importance of continued cooperation among the university, the governorate, and various institutions to ensure the hospital operates at the highest level of efficiency, thereby advancing the goals of sustainable development and serving the local community.
