جامعة السويس تفتتح المعمل المركزي بكلية الثروة السمكية بعد اعتماده دوليًا ISO 17025

استقبل بمكتبه صباح اليوم أ.د.أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيس جامعة السويس، أ.د. أسامة جلال صقر مدير مشروع تأهيل المعامل للاعتماد الدولي بوزارة التعليم العالي، بحضور كل من:

• أ.د/ محمد صابر الصباغ – عميد كلية الثروة السمكية

• أ.د/ أسامة قدور – المدير التنفيذي للمشروع

• د/ أميمة مأمون – مدير المعمل المركزي

• أ.د/ محمد الشاهد – مدير المشروعات بالجامعة.

يأتي اللقاء في إطار افتتاح المعمل المركزي بكلية الثروة السمكية بعد حصوله على اعتماد المجلس الوطني للاعتماد (EGAC) وفق المواصفة الدولية ISO 17025 في بعض الاختبارات الميكروبيولوجية للأسماك ومنتجاتها، ضمن مشروع تأهيل المعامل للاعتماد الدولي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي (LIAP).

وأكد رئيس الجامعة خلال الفعاليات أن هذه الخطوة تمثل بداية مرحلة جديدة تهدف إلى تعظيم الاستفادة من الإمكانات المعملية ونشرها في قطاع الثروة السمكية، مع بناء شراكات فعالة مع الجهات المعنية خاصة القطاع الخاص.

عقب الاجتماع، انتقل الحضور إلى مقر كلية الثروة السمكية لمتابعة ما تم إنجازه خلال فترة المشروع، حيث قُدم عرض تفصيلي حول خطة التشغيل المستقبلية للمعمل، ثم قاموا بجولة ميدانية داخل المعمل المركزي لمتابعة تجهيزاته وإمكاناته البحثية والتعليمية.

Suez University Inaugurates the Central Laboratory at the Faculty of Fish Resources Following International ISO 17025 Accreditation

This morning, in his office, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, received Prof. Dr. Osama Galal Saqr, Director of the Laboratory Qualification for International Accreditation Project at the Ministry of Higher Education, in the presence of:

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saber El-Sabbagh – Dean of the Faculty of Fish Resources

Prof. Dr. Osama Kaddour – Executive Director of the Project

Dr. Omayma Mamoun – Director of the Central Laboratory

Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Shahed – Director of Projects at the University

The meeting was held in conjunction with the inauguration of the Central Laboratory at the Faculty of Fish Resources after it obtained accreditation from the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) in accordance with the international standard ISO 17025 for selected microbiological testing of fish and fish products. This achievement comes within the framework of the Laboratory Qualification for International Accreditation Project in Higher Education Institutions (LIAP).

During the event, the University President emphasized that this milestone marks the beginning of a new phase aimed at maximizing the utilization of laboratory capabilities and extending their benefits to the fish resources sector, while fostering effective partnerships with relevant stakeholders, particularly the private sector.

Following the meeting, the attendees proceeded to the Faculty of Fish Resources to review the accomplishments achieved during the project period. A detailed presentation was delivered outlining the laboratory’s future operational plan, followed by a field tour of the Central Laboratory to examine its facilities and its research and educational capacities.
