وقّعت جامعة السويس بروتوكول تعاون مع شركة أفكو مصر، في خطوة استراتيجية تهدف إلى إعداد الكوادر البشرية من طلاب وخريجي الجامعة وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل عبر برامج تدريبية عملية.
وقع البروتوكول عن الجامعة أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس، وعن الشركة المهندس عمرو الجارحي المدير العام لشركة أفكو مصر بجمهورية مصر العربية، بحضور أ.د. عزالدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، د. مصطفى توفيق مدير مركز التطوير المهني بالجامعة، أ. دينا عاطف مدير دعم الاعمال، أ. تامر العزازي، رئيس العمليات، أ.غريب مصطفى مدير الموارد البشرية.
وينص البروتوكول على تنفيذ برامج تدريبية طويلة الأمد لمدة 6 أشهر مدفوعة الأجر لحديثي التخرج مع امكانية التمديد لسنة كاملة لحدثي تخرج جامعة السويس، تبدأ في تخصصات كليات التكنولوجيا والتعليم، الهندسة، هندسة البترول، العلوم، والحاسبات والمعلومات. كما يتولى مركز التطوير المهني بالجامعة إعداد الطلاب عبر ورش عمل متخصصة تشمل مراجعة السيرة الذاتية، مهارات المقابلات الشخصية، ودورات مهارات التوظيف.
ويمتد التعاون ليشمل الاستفادة من خبرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتميزين بالجامعة في تقديم الاستشارات الفنية، بما يعزز التكامل بين الصناعة والمجتمع الأكاديمي.
وفي كلمته خلال مراسم التوقيع، أكد رئيس جامعة السويس أن هذا البروتوكول يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز انفتاح الجامعة على المجتمع المحلي وربط العملية التعليمية باحتياجات سوق العمل مؤكدا على أن جامعة السويس تسعى من خلال هذا التعاون إلى إعداد خريجين يمتلكون المهارات العملية والشخصية التي تؤهلهم للاندماج السريع في بيئة العمل، كما نؤمن بأن الشراكة مع مؤسسات صناعية كبرى مثل أفكو مصر تفتح آفاقاً جديدة للتكامل بين الجامعة والمجتمع، وتدعم جهود التنمية المستدامة في مصر.
Suez University and AFCO Egypt Sign Cooperation Protocol to Prepare Qualified Workforce for the Labor Market

Suez University signed a cooperation protocol with AFCO Egypt in a strategic step aimed at preparing qualified human cadres from among the university’s students and graduates, equipping them for the labor market through practical training programs.
The protocol was signed on behalf of the university by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, and on behalf of the company by Eng. Amr El-Garhy, General Manager of AFCO Egypt in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The signing was attended by Prof. Dr. Ezz El-Din Husseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Mostafa Tawfik, Director of the Career Development Center; Ms. Dina Atef, Business Support Manager; Mr. Tamer El-Azzazy, Chief Operations Officer; and Mr. Gharib Mostafa, Human Resources Manager.
The protocol stipulates the implementation of long-term training programs lasting six months, with paid opportunities for recent graduates and the possibility of extension up to a full year for Suez University graduates. The programs will initially target the specializations of the Faculties of Technology and Education, Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Science, and Computers and Information. The university’s Career Development Center will also prepare students through specialized workshops, including CV review, interview skills, and employability skills training.
The cooperation further extends to benefiting from the expertise of distinguished faculty members at the university in providing technical consultations, thereby enhancing integration between industry and the academic community.
In his speech during the signing ceremony, the President of Suez University emphasized that this protocol represents an important step toward strengthening the university’s engagement with the local community and aligning the educational process with labor market needs. He affirmed that Suez University, through this cooperation, seeks to prepare graduates who possess both practical and personal skills that enable them to integrate quickly into the workplace. He also stressed that partnerships with major industrial institutions such as AFCO Egypt open new horizons for integration between the university and society and support sustainable development efforts in Egypt.
