قدّم الدكتور إبراهيم أصلان، الباحث المهتم بشؤون الحج والعمرة، مقترحًا علميًا وشرعيًا لتبني فكرة تطبيق إلكتروني لحجز موعد مسبق لتقبيل الحجر الأسود، بما يساهم في تنظيم حركة الحجاج والمعتمرين، ويحد من التزاحم والتكدس الذي قد يُعرض البعض للمشقة أو الأذى.
وأكد د. إبراهيم أصلان أن تقبيل الحجر الأسود سنة مؤكدة عن النبي محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، لكن إذا ترتب على ذلك إيذاء للنفس أو الآخرين، فيُستحب الاكتفاء بالإشارة إليه، وهو ما أفتى به أهل العلم قديمًا وحديثًا.
تفاصيل الفكرة
وأوضح صاحب المشروع أن التطبيق سيكون مشابهًا لتطبيق “اعتمرنا” الذي أُطلق خلال جائحة كورونا، حيث يُتيح لكل معتمر أو حاج حجز موعد محدد لتقبيل الحجر الأسود. ويُخصص لكل شخص ما بين 30 ثانية إلى دقيقة واحدة فقط عند الحجر، بما يتيح:
استقبال 60 شخصًا كل ساعة.
ما يعادل 1,440 معتمرًا يوميًا.
نحو 43,200 معتمرًا شهريًا.
أكثر من 518,000 معتمر سنويًا.
وأشار د. أصلان إلى أن الفكرة تضمن تنظيمًا دقيقًا وإدارة فعّالة للحشود، وتحقق في الوقت ذاته الامتثال للفتاوى الشرعية التي تشدد على ضرورة تجنب الإيذاء في العبادات، خاصة في صحن المطاف الذي يشهد كثافة عالية في مواسم الحج والعمرة.

ودعا الدكتور إبراهيم أصلان إلى عرض المشروع على وزارة الحج والعمرة ومعهد أبحاث الحرمين الشريفين وجامعة أم القرى ووزارة الأوقاف، بهدف دراسته من الناحية الشرعية والتنظيمية، تمهيدًا لإصداره كتوصية رسمية أو فتوى معتمدة تساهم في التيسير على ضيوف الرحمن.

The owner of the project explained that the application will be similar to the “Umrahna” application, which was launched during the Korona pandemic, where for every pilgrim or pilgrim to reserve a specific date for kissing the black stone. Everyone is allocated between 30 seconds to only one minute at stone, allowing:

Dr. Ibrahim Aslan called for the project to be presented to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Institute of Research of the Two Holy Mosques, Umm Al -Qura University and the Ministry of Awqaf, with the aim of studying it from the legal and organizational point of view, in preparation for its issuance as an official recommendation or a certified fatwa that contributes to facilitating the guests of Rahman.
