رئيس جامعة السويس يتفقد أعمال الإنشاءات والتشطيبات بالمدينة الجامعية بمدينة المستقبل

قام أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس صباح اليوم بجولة تفقدية لمتابعة معدلات التنفيذ وأعمال الإنشاءات والتشطيبات بالمدينة الجامعية بمدينة المستقبل، وذلك في إطار حرص سيادته على المتابعة المستمرة للمشروعات الإنشائية الجاري تنفيذها واستعدادًا للعام الجامعي الجديد.

ورافق سيادته خلال الجولة أ.د. عزالدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، و أ.د. أسامة قدور القائم بأعمال نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، إلى جانب ممثلي الإدارة الهندسية بالجامعة والمعنيين بتنفيذ المشروع.

واطلع “رئيس الجامعة” على الموقف التنفيذي للأعمال ونسب الإنجاز بمختلف مكونات المشروع، كما تابع أعمال التشطيبات والتجهيزات الجارية بالمبنى، وناقش مع القائمين على التنفيذ الجدول الزمني المحدد للانتهاء من الأعمال، مؤكدًا ضرورة الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة والسلامة، مع تكثيف الجهود للانتهاء من جميع الأعمال وفقًا للبرنامج الزمني المقرر.

وشدد أ.د. رئيس الجامعة على أهمية المتابعة الدورية والدقيقة لمراحل التشطيبات النهائية، تمهيدًا لاستلام المبنى خلال منتصف الشهر المقبل، بما يتيح دخوله الخدمة مع بداية العام الجامعي 2026/2027، وبما يسهم في دعم البنية التحتية للجامعة وتوفير بيئة إقامة جامعية متكاملة للطلاب.

وفي تصريح له على هامش الجولة، أكد “حنيجــــــــــل” أن هذا المشروع يأتي في إطار استراتيجية الجامعة للتوسع في الخدمات المقدمة للطلاب، وحرصها على توفير أماكن إقامة جامعية حديثة ومجهزة بأفضل الإمكانات، بما يحقق أعلى مستويات الراحة والرعاية للطلاب، ويسهم في خلق بيئة تعليمية ومعيشية مناسبة تدعم العملية التعليمية والأنشطة الطلابية.

جدير بالذكر أن المشروع يتكون مبنى سكن الطلبة من دور أرضي وأربعة أدوار علوية متكررة، بالإضافة إلى، بإجمالي مساحة تبلغ نحو 2200 م². ويضم المبنى ١٤٤ غرفة، الدور الأرضي ٣٢ غرفة مكيفة، وتبلغ الطاقة الاستيعابية الإجمالية للمبنى ٣٤٠ طالبًا.

Suez University President Inspects Construction and Finishing Works at the University Residence in Mostakbal City

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, conducted an inspection tour this morning to monitor the progress of construction and finishing works at the university residence in Mostakbal City. The visit reflects the University’s commitment to closely supervising ongoing construction projects and ensuring their readiness for the upcoming academic year.

Accompanying the University President during the tour were Prof. Dr. Ezz El-Din Hosseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Osama Kadour, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, along with representatives of the University’s Engineering Administration and the officials responsible for implementing the project.

During the visit, the University President reviewed the project’s implementation status and the completion rates of its various components. He also inspected the ongoing finishing and furnishing works, discussing with the project team the timeline set for completion. He stressed the importance of adhering to the approved technical specifications and quality and safety standards while intensifying efforts to ensure that all works are completed according to the scheduled timetable.

Prof. Dr. Heniegal emphasized the necessity of regular and meticulous monitoring of the final finishing stages in preparation for handing over the building by the middle of next month. This will allow the residence to become operational at the beginning of the 2026/2027 academic year, thereby strengthening the University’s infrastructure and providing students with a fully integrated residential environment.

Speaking on the sidelines of the tour, Prof. Dr. Heniegal stated that the project forms part of the University’s strategic plan to expand student services and provide modern, well-equipped university accommodation that offers the highest standards of comfort and care. He added that the project will contribute to creating a suitable educational and living environment that supports both the learning process and student activities.

The student residence consists of a ground floor and four identical upper floors, with a total built-up area of approximately 2,200 square metres. The building includes 144 rooms, 32 of which are air-conditioned on the ground floor, and has a total accommodation capacity of 340 students.
