رئيس جامعة السويس يستقبل المدير التنفيذي للتأمين الصحي الشامل لبحث دعم المنظومة الصحية وتطوير الخدمات الطبية

استقبل أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس، بمكتبه صباح اليوم، المهندس حسام صادق المدير التنفيذي للهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي الشامل، واللواء محمد مدحت رئيس الإدارة المركزية لشئون الفروع، والدكتور محمد السباعي مدير فرع الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي الشامل، وذلك بحضور أ.د. دعاء محمد سيد عميد كلية الطب.
جاء اللقاء في إطار تعزيز أوجه التعاون المشترك بين جامعة السويس والهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي الشامل، وبحث سبل تطوير الخدمات الصحية المقدمة لأبناء محافظة السويس، ودعم جهود الدولة في الارتقاء بمنظومة الرعاية الصحية وتحقيق التكامل بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والطبية.
وتناول الاجتماع مناقشة آليات دعم الوحدات الصحية (طب الأسرة) التابعة للجامعة بقطاع الجناين، والعمل على رفع كفاءتها وتطوير خدماتها بما يسهم في تحسين مستوى الرعاية الصحية المقدمة لأهالي المناطق الريفية وتلبية احتياجاتهم الصحية على نحوٍ أكثر فاعلية.
وقد صرح أ.د. أشرف حنيجل رئيس جامعة السويس: “نحرص على بناء شراكات فاعلة مع مختلف مؤسسات الدولة، وفي مقدمتها الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي الشامل، بما يدعم تطوير الخدمات الصحية بالمحافظة ويعزز من كفاءة المستشفى الجامعي وقدرته على تقديم أفضل رعاية طبية للمواطنين، خاصة في القرى والمناطق الأكثر احتياجاً.”
ومن جانبها، أكدت أ.د. دعاء محمد سيد عميد كلية الطب أن الكلية والمستشفى الجامعي يعملان وفق رؤية متكاملة تستهدف الارتقاء بجودة الخدمات الطبية والتعليمية والتدريبية، مشيرة إلى أن دعم الكوادر الطبية والتمريضية وتوفير فرص التدريب المستمر يمثلان ركائز أساسية لضمان تقديم خدمة صحية متميزة وفق أحدث المعايير العلمية والمهنية.
وعقب اللقاء، اصطحب رئيس الجامعة وفد الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي الشامل في جولة تفقدية داخل مستشفى جامعة السويس، شملت عدداً من الأقسام الطبية والخدمية، للاطلاع على الإمكانات والتجهيزات المتاحة ومتابعة سير العمل داخل المستشفى، وبحث احتياجاتها المستقبلية وسبل دعمها، بما يسهم في تعزيز كفاءة الخدمة الطبية المقدمة للمرضى وتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من إمكانات المستشفى الجامعي.

Suez University President Receives Executive Director of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Authority to Discuss Strengthening the Healthcare System and Developing Medical Services

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, received in his office this morning Eng. Hossam Sadeq, Executive Director of the General Authority for Comprehensive Health Insurance; Major General Mohamed Medhat, Head of the Central Administration for Branch Affairs; and Dr. Mohamed El-Sebai, Director of the General Authority for Comprehensive Health Insurance Branch, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Doaa Mohamed Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
The meeting was held as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between Suez University and the General Authority for Comprehensive Health Insurance, explore ways to develop healthcare services provided to the residents of Suez Governorate, support the state’s efforts to improve the healthcare system, and promote integration between academic and medical institutions.
The meeting addressed mechanisms for supporting the university-affiliated primary healthcare (family medicine) units in the El-Ganayin sector, enhancing their efficiency, and developing their services in ways that contribute to improving the quality of healthcare provided to residents of rural areas and meeting their healthcare needs more effectively.
Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, stated: “We are committed to building effective partnerships with various state institutions, foremost among them the General Authority for Comprehensive Health Insurance, in ways that support the development of healthcare services across the governorate and enhance the efficiency of the university hospital and its capacity to provide the highest quality medical care to citizens, particularly in villages and the most underserved areas.”
For her part, Prof. Dr. Doaa Mohamed Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, emphasized that the Faculty and the University Hospital are working according to an integrated vision aimed at enhancing the quality of medical, educational, and training services. She noted that strengthening medical and nursing personnel and providing opportunities for continuous professional training are essential pillars for ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in accordance with the latest scientific and professional standards.
Following the meeting, the University President accompanied the delegation of the General Authority for Comprehensive Health Insurance on an inspection tour of Suez University Hospital. The tour included several medical and service departments, where the delegation reviewed the hospital’s available facilities and equipment and followed up on the workflow. The visit also focused on identifying the hospital’s future needs and exploring ways to support it, thereby enhancing the efficiency of medical services provided to patients and maximizing the utilization of the university hospital’s available resources.
