رئيس جامعة السويس يفتتح الملتقى الطلابي بكلية السياسة والاقتصاد: “بناء الإنسان المصري : تعزيز الوعي الوطني وترسيخ الهوية المصرية ودور الشباب في مسيرة التنمية”

افتتح صباح اليوم أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس فعاليات الملتقى الطلابي لكلية السياسة والاقتصاد، بحضور أ.د. عز الدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، أ.د. نيبال عز الدين عميد الكلية، إلى جانب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب وضيوف المؤتمر.
في كلمته، رحّب “أ.د.رئيس الجامعة” بالحضور الكريم، مؤكدًا أن انعقاد الملتقى في كلية السياسة والاقتصاد يعكس مكانتها المتميزة ودورها الحيوي في إعداد أجيال قادرة على فهم التحديات السياسية والاقتصادية وصياغة حلول مبتكرة تخدم الوطن والمجتمع.
وأشار “حنيجــــــــــل” إلى أن الأنشطة الطلابية تمثل ركيزة أساسية في بناء شخصية الطالب وصقل مهاراته، مشددًا على اهتمام الدولة المصرية بقيادة فخامة السيد الرئيس / عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيـــــس الجمهورية بالعقل والشخصية والبدن، وإعداد جيل واعٍ قادر على تحمل المسؤولية.
كما أكد أن توجيهات وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي أ.د. عبد العزيز قنصوه تدعو إلى تطوير مهارات الطلاب والانفتاح على مجالات الإبداع والابتكار، بما يعزز جاهزيتهم لمواجهة تحديات المستقبل.
وجّه “رئيس الجامعة” حديثه المباشر لأبنائه الطلاب قائلاً:
“أنتم الأمل الذي نعقد عليه الرجاء في بناء مستقبل أفضل، فاعملوا بروح المبادرة والمسؤولية، واجعلوا من هذا الملتقى نقطة انطلاق نحو مزيد من الإبداع والتميز، لتكونوا بحق رواد الفكر وصنّاع القرار في المستقبل.”
وفي كلمتها رحّبت أ.د. نيبال عز الدين بالحضور مشيدة أشادت بدعم رئيس الجامعة المستمر للأنشطة الطلابية، مشيرة إلى الإنجازات الكبيرة التي حققتها الجامعة في عهده على مستوى البنية التحتية، العملية التعليمية، والبحث الأكاديمي، فضلًا عن بروتوكولات التعاون التي عززت مكانة الجامعة.
وأوضحت عميد الكلية أن الملتقى يشهد مشاركة متميزة من الطلاب عبر أبحاث علمية في مجالي العلوم السياسية والاقتصاد، خضعت للتحكيم العلمي، وسيتم تكريم الفائزين بالمراكز المتقدمة. كما يتزامن الملتقى مع الحفل الختامي لنماذج المحاكاة التي شملت هذا العام نموذج مجلس النواب، الاتحاد الأوروبي، والبريكس – الذي يُنظم لأول مرة على مستوى الجامعات الحكومية.
الفعاليات
عقب ذلك أهدت عميد الكلية درع الملتقى لرئيس الجامعة وكذا للاستاذ الدكتور عزالدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب ثم تفقد رئيس الجامعة المشاريع الطلابية ونماذج المحاكاة التي عكست وعي الطلاب وقدرتهم على الحوار والممارسة العملية.
شمل الملتقى على جلسات تحكيم علمية للأبحاث المقدمة من الطلاب، تكريم الفائزين في مسابقات البحث العلمي والأنشطة الطلابية.

President of Suez University Opens the Student Forum at the Faculty of Politics and Economics:
“Building the Egyptian Citizen: Enhancing National Awareness, Consolidating Egyptian Identity, and the Role of Youth in the Development Process”

This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, inaugurated the activities of the student forum organized by the Faculty of Politics and Economics. The event was attended by Prof. Ezz El-Din Husseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Nibal Ezz El-Din, Dean of the Faculty, alongside faculty members, students, and conference guests.
In his speech, the University President welcomed the distinguished attendees, emphasizing that hosting the forum at the Faculty of Politics and Economics reflects the faculty’s distinguished status and its vital role in preparing generations capable of understanding political and economic challenges and formulating innovative solutions that serve the nation and society.
Prof. Heniegal pointed out that student activities represent a fundamental pillar in building students’ personalities and refining their skills. He stressed the Egyptian state’s commitment, under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, to developing the mind, character, and physical well-being of young people and preparing an aware generation capable of assuming responsibility.
He also affirmed that the directives of Prof. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, call for developing students’ skills and encouraging openness to creativity and innovation, thereby enhancing their readiness to face future challenges.
Addressing the students directly, the University President stated:
“You are the hope upon which we rely in building a better future. Work with a spirit of initiative and responsibility, and make this forum a launching point toward greater creativity and excellence, so that you may truly become pioneers of thought and future decision-makers.”
In her speech, Prof. Nibal Ezz El-Din welcomed the attendees and praised the University President’s continuous support for student activities. She highlighted the major achievements accomplished during his tenure in infrastructure, the educational process, and academic research, in addition to cooperation protocols that have strengthened the university’s standing.
The Dean explained that the forum features distinguished student participation through scientific research papers in the fields of political science and economics, which underwent academic evaluation, with top-ranking participants to be honored. The forum also coincides with the closing ceremony of the simulation models conducted this year, including the House of Representatives Model, the European Union Model, and the BRICS Model — organized for the first time among Egyptian public universities.
Following this, the Dean of the Faculty presented the forum shield to the University President as well as to Prof. Ezz El-Din Husseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The University President then toured the students’ projects and simulation models, which reflected the students’ awareness and their ability to engage in dialogue and practical application.
The forum included scientific judging sessions for the research papers submitted by students, in addition to honoring winners of scientific research competitions and student activity contests.
