في إطار ترجمة توجيهات فخامة السيد الرئيس / عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية نحو الانفتاح على الهيئات والشركات العالمية، بما يواكب متطلبات سوق العمل، وانسجامًا مع رؤية وزارة التعليم العالي بقيادة الأستاذ الدكتور عبد العزيز قنصوة وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، تم عقد اجتماع ثلاثي عبر تقنية الفيديو كونفرانس، جمع بين جامعة السويس، وشركة مصر تيدا لتنمية المنطقة الاقتصادية الخاصة، وجامعة تيانجين الصناعية الخفيفة المهنية والتقنية بالصين، وذلك لبحث آفاق التعاون المشترك وتعزيز الشراكة الاستراتيجية في المجالات الأكاديمية والبحثية والتدريبية.
شارك في الاجتماع من جانب جامعة السويس أ.د/ أشــــــرف حنيجــــــل رئيـــــس الجامعــــة، أ.د. رانية شمعة عميد كلية التجارة ومدير مكتب التعاون الدولي، أ.د. أسامة قدور عميد كلية الثروة السمكية السابق وعضو مكتب التعاون الدولي. ومن جانب شركة مصر تيدا السيد وي جيان تشينج رئيس مجلس الإدارة والمدير العام، والسيدة وي نا،. أما جامعة تيانجين الصينية فقد مثلها السيدة لي يونمي أمين لجنة الحزب، والسيد ليو ليتشاو، والسيدة وانج جوان، والسيدة تشانج تشينج، والسيدة بي شانشان.
هذا وقد أكد أ.د رئيس جامعة السويس في كلمته اعتزازه بالعلاقات المصرية الصينية التي تمثل نموذجًا ناجحًا للتعاون الدولي القائم على الاحترام المتبادل والمصالح المشتركة، مشيرًا إلى أن الجامعة تتطلع إلى بناء شراكة استراتيجية ممتدة مع الجانب الصيني تسهم في دعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز مكانة الجامعة إقليميًا ودوليًا.
وأضاف أن “حنيجــــــــــل” جامعة السويس ترى في هذا التعاون فرصة تاريخية لإطلاق برامج تعليمية مبتكرة، وتطوير معامل بحثية متقدمة، وإعداد كوادر بشرية قادرة على المنافسة في سوق العمل العالمي. كما شدد على أن الجامعة تعمل على أن تكون مركزًا إقليميًا للتعليم والتدريب والبحث العلمي، وأن هذه الشراكة مع شركة تيدا وجامعة تيانجين ستفتح آفاقًا جديدة للتعاون في مجالات الشهادات المزدوجة 2+2، والتبادل الأكاديمي، والتدريب العملي للطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، بما يتيح نقل الخبرات الدولية وتوفير فرص تعليمية نوعية تواكب متطلبات التنمية الصناعية والاقتصادية في مصر.
وأكد رئيس جامعة السويس أن هذا التعاون يمثل خطوة واعدة نحو بناء جسور معرفية وثقافية بين الشعبين المصري والصيني، ويعكس التزام الجامعة بدعم رؤية الدولة في بناء الإنسان المصري المؤهل علميًا وعمليًا.
من جانبه، أكد السيد وي جيان تشينج رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة تيدا أن الشركة تؤمن بأهمية التكامل بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية والصناعية باعتباره أحد الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وبناء كوادر بشرية مؤهلة وقادرة على المنافسة، مشيرًا إلى استعداد الشركة لتقديم الدعم اللازم لإنجاح هذه الشراكة بما يعزز من دور المنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس كمركز إقليمي للتعليم والتدريب والاستثمار.
وأعربت السيدة لي يونمي ممثلة جامعة تيانجين عن بالغ ترحيبها بالتعاون مع جامعة السويس وشركة تيدا، مؤكدة تقدير الجامعة الصينية الكبير لهذه المبادرة التي تعكس رؤية مشتركة نحو بناء شراكات أكاديمية دولية مثمرة، مشيرة إلى أن الجامعة تمتلك خبرات واسعة في مجال التعليم التطبيقي والتقني وتتطلع إلى تبادل الخبرات الأكاديمية والبحثية وتطوير برامج تعليمية مشتركة تسهم في إعداد كوادر مؤهلة قادرة على دعم التنمية الصناعية والاقتصادية في البلدين.
ومن جانبها فقد أكدت أ.د. رانية شمعة مدير مكتب التعاون الدولي بجامعة السويس، على أن المكتب يولي أهمية كبيرة لتحويل الحوار الإيجابي والرؤى المشتركة إلى خطوات تنفيذية ملموسة على أرض الواقع، موضحة أن الجامعة تسعى إلى تفعيل هذا التعاون من خلال وضع آليات واضحة للتنفيذ تتضمن إعداد مذكرات تفاهم، وتحديد مجالات التعاون ذات الأولوية، وبناء برامج مشتركة في مجالات التعليم والبحث العلمي والتدريب، بما يعزز من تدويل الجامعة ويفتح آفاقًا جديدة للتميز الأكاديمي والمؤسسي.
واختُتم الاجتماع في أجواء إيجابية عكست روحًا عالية من التفاهم والرغبة الصادقة في بناء شراكة استراتيجية مستدامة بين الأطراف الثلاثة، وتم الاتفاق على استمرار التنسيق خلال الفترة المقبلة لوضع الإطار التنفيذي للتعاون وإعداد مذكرة تفاهم تحدد مجالات العمل المشترك وآليات التنفيذ والمتابعة، بما يسهم في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المشتركة وتعزيز العلاقات المصرية الصينية في مجالات التعليم والبحث العلمي والابتكار.
وقد شمل الاتفاق أيضا إنشاء مركز استشارات مشترك بين جامعة السويس وشركة “تيدا” لتأهيل المتدربين بالشركات وفق متطلبات سوق العمل، والعمل على إصدار شهادات مزدوجة بين جامعة السويس وجامعة تيانجين في التخصصات التي يحتاجها سوق العمل بمنطقة القناة، إلى جانب تطوير بعض المعامل بجامعة السويس، وإطلاق مشروعات بحثية مشتركة، وبرامج لتأهيل العاملين باللغة الصينية، وهو ما يمثل طفرة غير مسبوقة في تأهيل الخريجين وإعدادهم
لمواكبة احتياجات التنمية الصناعية والاقتصادية في مصر.

Strategic Partnership Between Suez University, TEDA Company, and Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College to Enhance Education and Training

Within the framework of implementing the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi toward strengthening cooperation with international institutions and companies in line with labor market demands, and in harmony with the vision of the Ministry of Higher Education under the leadership of Professor Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a trilateral meeting was held via video conference bringing together Suez University, Egypt TEDA Company for the Development of the Special Economic Zone, and Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College to discuss prospects for joint cooperation and to strengthen strategic partnership in academic, research, and training fields.
Representing Suez University at the meeting were Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of the University; Prof. Dr. Rania Shamah, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Director of the International Cooperation Office; and Prof. Dr. Osama Kaddour, former Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries and member of the International Cooperation Office. Representing TEDA Egypt Company were Mr. Wei Jian Cheng, Chairman of the Board and General Manager, and Ms. Wei Na. Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College was represented by Ms. Li Yunmei, Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Liu Lichao, Ms. Wang Juan, Ms. Zhang Qing, and Ms. Bi Shanshan.
In his speech, the President of Suez University expressed his pride in the Egyptian-Chinese relations, which represent a successful model of international cooperation based on mutual respect and shared interests. He noted that the university aspires to establish an extended strategic partnership with the Chinese side that contributes to sustainable development and enhances the university’s regional and international standing.
He added that Suez University views this cooperation as a historic opportunity to launch innovative educational programs, develop advanced research laboratories, and prepare highly qualified human cadres capable of competing in the global labor market. He further stressed that the university seeks to become a regional center for education, training, and scientific research, and that this partnership with TEDA Company and Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College will open new horizons for cooperation in dual-degree programs (2+2), academic exchange, and practical training for students and faculty members, thereby facilitating the transfer of international expertise and providing high-quality educational opportunities aligned with the requirements of industrial and economic development in Egypt.
The President of Suez University also affirmed that this cooperation represents a promising step toward building intellectual and cultural bridges between the Egyptian and Chinese peoples and reflects the university’s commitment to supporting the state’s vision of preparing scientifically and professionally qualified Egyptian citizens.
For his part, Mr. Wei Jian Cheng, Chairman of TEDA Company, emphasized that the company strongly believes in the importance of integration between academic and industrial institutions as one of the key pillars for achieving economic development and preparing qualified human resources capable of competition. He also expressed the company’s readiness to provide the necessary support to ensure the success of this partnership, thereby enhancing the role of the Suez Canal Economic Zone as a regional hub for education, training, and investment.
Ms. Li Yunmei, representative of Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College, expressed her warm welcome to the cooperation with Suez University and TEDA Company, affirming the Chinese university’s great appreciation for this initiative, which reflects a shared vision toward building fruitful international academic partnerships. She pointed out that the university possesses extensive expertise in applied and technical education and looks forward to exchanging academic and research experiences and developing joint educational programs that contribute to preparing qualified cadres capable of supporting industrial and economic development in both countries.
Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Rania Shamah, Director of the International Cooperation Office at Suez University, emphasized that the office attaches great importance to transforming positive dialogue and shared visions into tangible implementation steps on the ground. She explained that the university seeks to activate this cooperation through establishing clear implementation mechanisms, including drafting memoranda of understanding, identifying priority areas of cooperation, and building joint programs in education, scientific research, and training, all of which will enhance the internationalization of the university and open new horizons for academic and institutional excellence.
The meeting concluded in a positive atmosphere reflecting a strong spirit of mutual understanding and sincere desire to build a sustainable strategic partnership among the three parties. It was agreed that coordination would continue during the coming period to establish the executive framework for cooperation and prepare a memorandum of understanding defining areas of joint work as well as mechanisms for implementation and follow-up, thereby contributing to achieving shared development goals and strengthening Egyptian-Chinese relations in the fields of education, scientific research, and innovation.
The agreement also included the establishment of a joint consultation center between Suez University and TEDA Company to qualify trainees in companies according to labor market requirements, in addition to issuing dual degrees between Suez University and Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College in specializations needed in the Canal Region labor market. The partnership will also involve developing several laboratories at the university, launching joint research projects, and offering Chinese language training programs for employees. This marks an unprecedented leap in preparing graduates and equipping them to meet the needs of industrial and economic development in Egypt.
