لجنة اختيار القيادات الجامعية بجامعة السويس تعقد مقابلات المرشحين لمنصب عميد كلية التربية

عقدت لجنة اختيار القيادات الجامعية بجامعة السويس اجتماعها ظهر اليوم برئاسة أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس الجامعـــــة وذلك في إطار الإجراءات المنظمة لاختيار عميد كلية التربية، وبحضور أعضاء اللجنة من القيادات الأكاديمية والخبرات الجامعية.
وضمت اللجنة في عضويتها أ.د. السيد عبد العظيم الشرقاوي رئيس جامعة السويس السابق، وأ.د. أسامة مسعود نائب رئيس الجامعة الأسبق والنائب الأكاديمي لجامعة السويس الأهلية،و أ.د. ماجد أبو العينين عميد كلية التربية بجامعة عين شمس السابق ممثلًا عن المجلس الأعلى للجامعات. أ.د. عبادة الخولي عميد كلية التربية بجامعة السويس الأسبق ممثلًا عن الكلية.
وخلال أعمال اللجنة، عرض المرشحون رؤاهم وبرامجهم المقترحة لتطوير كلية التربية، والتي تناولت عددًا من المحاور الأساسية، من بينها الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية، وتطوير البرامج الأكاديمية، وتعزيز جودة البحث العلمي، وتفعيل الشراكات المجتمعية، إلى جانب خطط دعم التحول الرقمي وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للطلاب، وذلك بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية الجامعة ورؤيتها المستقبلية.
واستمعت اللجنة إلى العروض التقديمية للمرشحين، كما ناقشت معهم آليات تنفيذ برامجهم التطويرية ومدى قدرتها على تحقيق أهداف الكلية، وقياس مؤشرات الأداء اللازمة للارتقاء بمستوى العمل الأكاديمي والإداري خلال المرحلة المقبلة.
وأكد “رئيس جامعة السويس” أن الجامعة تحرص على تطبيق أعلى معايير الشفافية والحيادية في اختيار القيادات الجامعية، بما يضمن اختيار الكوادر القادرة على تحقيق أهداف التطوير المؤسسي ودعم مسيرة التميز الأكاديمي.
وأضاف “حنيجــــــــــل” أن معايير الاختيار تستند إلى الكفاءة العلمية والإدارية، والخبرة الأكاديمية، والقدرة على القيادة وصنع القرار، فضلًا عن امتلاك رؤية واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ لتطوير الكلية وتعزيز دورها في خدمة الطلاب والمجتمع.

Suez University Leadership Selection Committee Holds Interviews for Candidates for the Position of Dean of the Faculty of Education

The Suez University Leadership Selection Committee convened at noon today under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, as part of the official procedures for selecting the next Dean of the Faculty of Education. The meeting was attended by committee members representing senior academic leaders and distinguished university experts.
The committee included Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Abdel Azim El-Sharkawy, former President of Suez University; Prof. Dr. Osama Masoud, former Vice President of Suez University and Academic Vice President of Suez National University; Prof. Dr. Maged Abou El-Enein, former Dean of the Faculty of Education at Ain Shams University, representing the Supreme Council of Universities; and Prof. Dr. Ebada El-Khouly, former Dean of the Faculty of Education at Suez University, representing the Faculty of Education.
During the meeting, the candidates presented their visions and proposed development plans for the Faculty of Education. Their presentations addressed several key priorities, including enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, developing academic programs, strengthening the quality of scientific research, expanding community partnerships, advancing digital transformation initiatives, and improving student services, all in alignment with the university’s strategic vision and future aspirations.
The committee reviewed the candidates’ presentations and engaged them in discussions regarding the implementation of their proposed development plans, their feasibility in achieving the faculty’s objectives, and the performance indicators required to enhance academic and administrative performance during the coming phase.
Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, affirmed that the university is committed to applying the highest standards of transparency and impartiality in selecting its academic leaders, ensuring the appointment of qualified individuals capable of advancing institutional development and strengthening the university’s pursuit of academic excellence.
He added that the selection criteria are based on academic and administrative competence, professional experience, leadership and decision-making abilities, as well as the possession of a clear, practical, and implementable vision for developing the Faculty of Education and enhancing its role in serving students and the wider community.
