رئيس جامعة السويس يستعرض موازنة الجامعة أمام لجنة البحث العلمي بالنواب

حضر أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيس جامعة السويس اجتماع لجنة البحث العلمي بمجلس النواب برئاسة أ.د. أشرف الشيحي، وذلك لمناقشة مشروع موازنة الجامعة للعام المالي ٢٠٢٦/٢٠٢٧.
استعرض رئيس الجامعة خلال الجلسة تفاصيل الموازنة المقترحة، والتي تضمنت احتياجات العملية التعليمية والبحثية، إضافة إلى متطلبات المستشفيات الجامعية والخدمات الطلابية. وقد شارك في الاجتماع عدد من أعضاء اللجنة وممثلي الوزارات المعنية، إلى جانب قيادات الجامعة.
وفي كلمته، أعرب أ.د. أشرف حنيجل عن تقديره للجنة البحث العلمي وأعضاء مجلس النواب على دعمهم المتواصل، مثمنًا جهود وزارتي المالية والتخطيط في توفير الاعتمادات اللازمة وتذليل العقبات أمام الجامعة، كما وجّه الشكر لمعالي أ.د. عبد العزيز قنصوة وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي على دعمه المستمر لمشروعات الجامعة.
وأكد “أ.د.رئيس الجامعة” أن الموازنة الجديدة تعكس اهتمام الدولة بالتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، مشيرًا إلى أن هذا الدعم ينسجم مع رؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠ ويعزز دور الجامعات في خدمة المجتمع وتنفيذ مشروعات تنموية وخدمية.
وخلال المناقشات، تناول “أ.د.رئيس الجامعة” البنود الخاصة بالباب الأول والثاني من الموازنة، بما في ذلك المستحقات المالية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين، وزيادة مخصصات التغذية والخدمات المقدمة للطلاب في المدن الجامعية. كما استعرض المشروعات الاستثمارية المدرجة بالباب السادس، مؤكدًا أهمية استكمالها لدعم البنية التحتية التعليمية والطبية بالجامعة.
وفي ختام الاجتماع، وجه رئيس الجامعة خالص الشكر والتقدير إلى وزارة التخطيط ووزارة المالية على ما يبذلونه من جهد كبير وتنسيق دائم مع الجامعات المصرية، وهو ما كان له أثر مباشر في تلبية احتياجات جامعة السويس وتوفير الاعتمادات المالية اللازمة لدعم العملية التعليمية والبحثية والطبية، بما يعزز من قدرة الجامعة على تنفيذ مشروعاتها التنموية والخدمية وفقًا لرؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠.”

Suez University President Reviews University Budget Before Parliament’s Scientific Research Committee

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, attended a meeting of the Scientific Research Committee at the House of Representatives, chaired by Ashraf El-Shehhi, to discuss the university’s proposed budget for the 2026/2027 fiscal year.
During the session, the University President reviewed the details of the proposed budget, which included the needs of the educational and research processes, in addition to the requirements of the university hospitals and student services. The meeting was attended by several committee members, representatives of the concerned ministries, and university leaders.
In his speech, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal expressed his appreciation to the Scientific Research Committee and the members of Parliament for their continued support. He also praised the efforts of the Ministries of Finance and Planning in providing the necessary appropriations and overcoming obstacles facing the university. Furthermore, he extended his gratitude to His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, for his continuous support of the university’s projects.
The University President emphasized that the new budget reflects the state’s commitment to higher education and scientific research, noting that such support aligns with Egypt Vision 2030 and strengthens the role of universities in serving society and implementing developmental and service projects.
During the discussions, the University President addressed the allocations related to the first and second chapters of the budget, including the financial entitlements of faculty members and staff, as well as increased allocations for nutrition and services provided to students in university housing. He also reviewed the investment projects listed under the sixth chapter, stressing the importance of completing them to support the university’s educational and medical infrastructure.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Planning and the Ministry of Finance for their tremendous efforts and ongoing coordination with Egyptian universities. He noted that this cooperation has had a direct impact on meeting the needs of Suez University and securing the financial appropriations necessary to support the educational, research, and medical processes, thereby enhancing the university’s ability to implement its developmental and service projects in line with Egypt Vision 2030.
