رئيس جامعة السويس يهنئ الطالب يوسف جرجس رزق لفوزه بالمركز الثالث في المسابقة الإقليمية لأبحاث هندسة البترول والطاقة

بعث أ.د. أشـــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيس جامعة السويس – بخالص التهنئة إلى الطالب/ يوسف جرجس رزق، المقيد بالفرقة الرابعة بقسم هندسة البترول بكلية هندسة البترول والتعدين، بمناسبة فوزه بالمركز الثالث في مسابقة:

“2026 SPE Middle East and North Africa Regional Student Paper Contest”

وقد شهدت هذه المسابقة مشاركة واسعة من طلاب الجامعات بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا المتخصصة في مجال هندسة البترول والطاقة، حيث قدّم الطالب ورقة بحثية بعنوان:

“Pressure-Normalized Rate (PNR) Decline Curve Analysis: Theoretical Foundations and Future Automation”

وأعرب رئيس الجامعة عن اعتزازه بهذا الإنجاز الذي يعكس تميز طلاب جامعة السويس، مؤكداً أن هذا النجاح هو ثمرة منظومة الإرشاد الطلابي ودعم البحث العلمي التي تتبناها الكلية والجامعة، والتي تمثل أحد أهم معايير الاعتماد والجودة، وتجسد التزام الجامعة بدورها في بناء مجتمع متكامل علمياً وأخلاقياً واجتماعياً.

كما أشاد أ.د. عز الدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، أ.د. عصام أحمد علي عميد الكلية والسادة الوكلاء بما أبداه الطالب من التزام وجهد ومهارة عالية خلال مراحل المسابقة، مؤكدة أن هذا الفوز يعكس ريادة طلاب الكلية، ويعزز مكانة جامعة السويس كصرح علمي متميز في مجال هندسة البترول والطاقة.

President of Suez University Congratulates Student Youssef Girgis Rizk on Winning Third Place in the Regional Petroleum and Energy Engineering Research Competition

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, extended his sincere congratulations to Youssef Girgis Rizk, a fourth-year student in the Petroleum Engineering Department at the Faculty of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, on the occasion of winning third place in the 2026 SPE Middle East and North Africa Regional Student Paper Contest.

The competition witnessed broad participation from university students across the Middle East and North Africa specializing in petroleum and energy engineering. Youssef presented a research paper entitled:

“Pressure-Normalized Rate (PNR) Decline Curve Analysis: Theoretical Foundations and Future Automation.”

The President of the University expressed his pride in this achievement, which reflects the excellence and distinction of Suez University students. He emphasized that this success is the result of the student mentoring system and the strong support for scientific research adopted by both the faculty and the university. He noted that these efforts represent key standards of academic accreditation and quality assurance and embody the university’s commitment to building a well-rounded community that is scientifically, ethically, and socially integrated.

Prof. Dr. Ezz El-Din Husseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, along with Prof. Dr. Essam Ahmed Ali, Dean of the Faculty, and the faculty vice deans, also praised the student’s dedication, hard work, and outstanding performance throughout the various stages of the competition. They affirmed that this accomplishment reflects the leadership and excellence of the faculty’s students and further strengthens Suez University’s standing as a distinguished academic institution in the fields of petroleum and energy engineering.
