رئيس جامعة السويس يستقبل محافظ السويس ووفد مؤسسة جديد المجتمع لتفقد جاهزية عدد الوحدات بالمستشفى الجامعي

استقبل صباح اليوم أ.د. أشرف حنيجل، رئيس جامعة السويس، معالي الوزير اللواء أ.ح/ هاني رشاد علي، محافظ السويس، والمهندس ماجد السويدي، والدكتور أحمد عبدالفتاح أعضاء مجلس إدارة مؤسسة السويدي لتنمية المجتمع، بحضور د. محمد علام نائب المحافظ، أ.د. دعاء محمد سيد عميد كلية الطب في زيارة ميدانية استهدفت متابعة الموقف التنفيذي لعدد من المشروعات الطبية والخدمية بالجامعة، والوقوف على مدى جاهزيتها لدخول الخدمة خلال المرحلة المقبلة.
وشهدت الزيارة جولة تفقدية داخل وحدة الغسيل الكلوي بالجامعة، حيث تم استعراض التجهيزات الطبية والفنية المتوافرة بها، والاطمئنان على مستوى الجاهزية تمهيدًا لبدء تشغيل الوحدة وتقديم الخدمات العلاجية للمرضى وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والرعاية الصحية.
وتأتي هذه الزيارة في إطار تعزيز أوجه التعاون بين جامعة السويس ومحافظة السويس ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، وتجسيدًا للدور المجتمعي الذي تقوم به مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في دعم قطاعي الصحة والتعليم، والمساهمة في تطوير البنية التحتية للخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمواطنين.
كما شهدت الزيارة مناقشة سبل التعاون المشترك بين جامعة السويس ومحافظة السويس ومؤسسة السويدي لتنمية المجتمع بشأن إنشاء “أكاديمية السويدي للتمريض”، بهدف إعداد وتأهيل كوادر تمريضية مؤهلة وفق أحدث المعايير العلمية والمهنية، بما يسهم في دعم المنظومة الصحية بمحافظة السويس وتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل في القطاع الصحي. وقد أكد الحضور أهمية المشروع باعتباره خطوة نوعية نحو تعزيز جودة الخدمات الصحية والاستثمار في بناء الكوادر البشرية المتخصصة، من خلال شراكة فعالة بين الجامعة والمحافظة ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني.
ومن جانبه، أكد رئيس جامعة السويس، أن الجامعة تولي اهتمامًا كبيرًا بتطوير المنشآت الطبية التابعة لها وتوفير خدمات صحية متميزة للمواطنين، مشيرًا إلى أن التعاون المثمر مع محافظة السويس ومؤسسة السويدي لتنمية المجتمع يمثل نموذجًا ناجحًا للشراكة المجتمعية الهادفة إلى الارتقاء بالخدمات الصحية وتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من الإمكانات المتاحة.
وأضاف رئيس الجامعة أن وحدة الغسيل الكلوي تمثل إضافة مهمة للمنظومة الصحية بالمحافظة، وأن الجامعة تعمل بالتوازي على استكمال تجهيزات الحضانات وقسم الحروق وفق أحدث المعايير الطبية، بما يضمن تقديم خدمات علاجية متخصصة تسهم في تخفيف العبء عن المرضى وتلبية احتياجات المجتمع المحلي، انطلاقًا من رسالة الجامعة ودورها التنموي والمجتمعي.

President of Suez University Receives Suez Governor and Delegation from ElSewedy Foundation for Community Development to Inspect the Readiness of Several University Hospital Units

This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, received H.E. Lieutenant General Hany Rashad Ali, Governor of Suez; Eng. Maged El-Sewedy; and Dr. Ahmed Abdel Fattah, members of the Board of Trustees of the ElSewedy Foundation for Community Development. The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohamed Allam, Deputy Governor of Suez, and Prof. Dr. Doaa Mohamed Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine. The visit included a field tour aimed at reviewing the implementation status of a number of medical and service projects at the university and assessing their readiness to commence operations during the coming period.
The visit included an inspection tour of the University’s Dialysis Unit, where the available medical and technical equipment was reviewed and the unit’s level of readiness was assessed in preparation for its operation and the provision of medical services to patients in accordance with the highest standards of quality and healthcare.
The visit comes within the framework of strengthening cooperation between Suez University, Suez Governorate, and civil society organizations. It also reflects the vital role played by civil society institutions in supporting the healthcare and education sectors and contributing to the development of the infrastructure of medical services provided to citizens.
The visit also included discussions on avenues for joint cooperation among Suez University, Suez Governorate, and the ElSewedy Foundation for Community Development regarding the establishment of the “ElSewedy Academy of Nursing.” The proposed academy aims to prepare and qualify highly skilled nursing professionals in accordance with the latest scientific and professional standards, thereby supporting the healthcare system in Suez Governorate and meeting the needs of the healthcare labor market. The participants emphasized the importance of this project as a qualitative step toward enhancing the quality of healthcare services and investing in the development of specialized human resources through an effective partnership among the university, the governorate, and civil society institutions.
For his part, the President of Suez University affirmed that the university attaches great importance to developing its medical facilities and providing distinguished healthcare services to citizens. He noted that the fruitful cooperation with Suez Governorate and the ElSewedy Foundation for Community Development represents a successful model of community partnership aimed at advancing healthcare services and maximizing the use of available resources.
The University President further stated that the Dialysis Unit represents an important addition to the healthcare system in the governorate. He added that the university is simultaneously working to complete the preparations for the Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) and the Burns Department in accordance with the latest medical standards, ensuring the provision of specialized therapeutic services that help alleviate the burden on patients and meet the needs of the local community, in fulfillment of the university’s mission and its developmental and community-oriented role.
