في انطلاقةٍ حاشدةٍ للنسخةِ الأولى من قمةِ «صُنّاعِ الفرَص»، بدأت الفعالياتُ بكلمةٍ ترحيبيّةٍ أعقبتها جلسةٌ افتتاحيّةٌ حملت عنوان «التكنولوجيا وعلوم المستقبل من المنظور المؤسسي المدني والعسكري»، بحضورِ نخبةٍ من الخبراءِ والقياداتِ الشبابيّةِ ومسؤولي وزارة الشبابِ والرياضةِ.
وصاحب فكرة المؤتمر الشاب المتميز صاحب الفكر المنفرد والعمل الراقي الإعلامي الكبير محمد جمال رغم سنة أصبح قادرا أن يفعل مؤتمر مثل هذا بالحشد الهائل من المسؤولين وشباب الغد
كما قادَت الجلسةَ الإعلاميّة هالة الشهاوي، التي أدارت الحوارَ باقتدارٍ مع نخبةٍ من الخبراءِ في مجالات الأمن السيبرانِيّ والتحوّل الرقميّ، مسلّطةً الضوءَ على أهمّ المحاور المرتبطةِ بمستقبلِ التكنولوجيا وتأثيرِها في الواقعِ المهنيّ والعسكريّ، ومن أبرزِها:
الأمن السيبرانِيّ ودور الذكاءِ الاصطناعيّ في الحروب المستقبلية،
التطبيقات التكنولوجية في الزراعة الذكية،
تأهيل الشباب للعمل الحرّ عبر المنصّات الرقمية.
تصريحات الخبراء
شارك في الجلسة كلٌّ من:
الدكتور هشام عفيقي، خبير التحوّل الرقميّ والأمن السيبرانِيّ والمستشار بالأكاديمية العسكرية للدراسات العليا والاستراتيجية، حيثُ استعرض خبراته في حماية البنى التحتيّة الرقمية، وطرق التصدي للهجمات الإلكترونية المتقدمة.
الدكتورة إيمان علي، خبيرة الأمن السيبرانِيّ والذكاءِ الاصطناعيّ بالأكاديمية الوطنية للتدريب، التي أكّدت أهميةَ بناءِ وعيٍ مؤسسيٍّ وتقنيٍّ لمواكبة التطوّر المتسارع في تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعيّ.
تمكين الشباب رقميًا
وأكّد المتحدثونَ على ضرورة رفع مستوى الوعي الأمنيّ لدى الشباب، وتقديم دورات تدريبية متخصصة في الحماية الرقمية، مع تعزيز التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص لصياغة منظومة مستدامة لتمكين الشباب مهنيًّا وفنيًّا.
ولاقت فكرةُ إدراج قيم العمل الحرّ بالعملات الأجنبية وصناعة المحتوى الرقميّ استحسانَ الحضور، حيث أعلن منظّمو القمة عن تنفيذ برامج تدريب وورش عمل عملية لتأهيل الشباب في مجالات البرمجة، التسويق الرقميّ، والإعلام الجديد.
ختام الحدث
واختُتِمت الجلسة بتوجيهاتٍ تشجيعيةٍ من قيادات وزارة الشباب والرياضة، مع توجيه الشكرِ لجميع الشركاء وفريق العمل على إنجاح الحدثِ وخروجِه بالمستوى اللائق.

In a massive launch for the first edition of the “Opportunity Makers” Summit, the activities began with a welcome speech, followed by an opening session titled “Technology and Future Sciences from the Civil and Military Institutional Perspective,” in the presence of a group of experts, youth leaders, and officials of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The media session was also led by Hala Al–Shahawi, who skillfully moderated the dialogue with an elite group of experts in the fields of cybersecurity and digital transformation, highlighting the most important topics related to the future of technology and its impact on the professional and military reality, the most prominent of which are:
Cybersecurity and the role of artificial intelligence in future wars,
Technological applications in smart agriculture,
Preparing young people for self-employment through digital platforms.
Expert statements
The following participated in the session:
Dr. Hisham Afiqi, expert in digital transformation and cybersecurity and advisor at the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies, where he reviewed his experiences in protecting digital infrastructure and ways to confront advanced electronic attacks.
Dr. Iman Ali, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence expert at the National Training Academy, who stressed the importance of building institutional and technical awareness to keep pace with the rapid development in artificial intelligence technologies.
Empowering youth digitally
The speakers stressed the need to raise the level of security awareness among young people, provide specialized training courses in digital protection, while strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors to formulate a sustainable system to empower young people professionally and artistically.
The idea of including the values of self-employment in foreign currencies and digital content creation was well received by the attendees, as the summit organizers announced the implementation of training programs and practical workshops to qualify young people in the fields of programming, digital marketing, and new media.
Closing of the event
The session concluded with encouraging directions from the leaders of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, with thanks extended to all partners and the work team for making the event a success and achieving a decent standard.
