شهدت جامعة السويس صباح اليوم حدثًا أكاديميًا بارزًا، حيث افتتح أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس الجامعـــــة الملتقى الطلابي الأول لكلية التجارة، تحت عنوان: “الذكاء الاصطناعي في عالم الأعمال”. وقد شارك في الملتقى طلاب برامج كلية الأعمال بجامعة السويس الأهلية، بحضور نخبة من قيادات الجامعة، من بينهم أ.د. عزالدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، أ.د. أسامة مسعود نائب رئيس جامعة السويس الأهلية للشئون الأكاديمية، أ.د. رانية عبدالمنعم شمعة عميد كلية التجارة.
وفي كلمته الافتتاحية، رحّب رئيس الجامعة بالحضور، مؤكدًا أن انعقاد هذا الملتقى يمثل خطوة مهمة في دعم الأنشطة الطلابية وإثراء الحياة الجامعية، بما يتجاوز حدود القاعات الدراسية ليصل إلى بناء شخصية متكاملة قادرة على مواجهة تحديات المستقبل. وأوضح أن اختيار موضوع “الذكاء الاصطناعي في عالم الأعمال” يعكس وعي الجامعة بأهمية هذه التقنية كأحد أبرز محركات التغيير في الاقتصاد والمجتمع، مشددًا على أن الاستثمار في المعرفة والتكنولوجيا هو الطريق الأمثل لبناء مستقبل أكثر قوة واستدامة.
كما أشار رئيس الجامعة إلى أن تطوير البرامج الأكاديمية في الجامعات المصرية يأتي تنفيذًا لتوجيهات فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، الذي أكد على ضرورة إعداد خريجين يمتلكون المهارات والمعارف التي يتطلبها سوق العمل المحلي والإقليمي والدولي، مثمنًا دور معالي وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي أ.د. عبد العزيز قنصوة في الدفع نحو تحديث المناهج واستحداث مسارات أكاديمية جديدة.
من جانبها، أكدت أ.د. رانية عبدالمنعم شمعة عميد كلية التجارة، أن انعقاد هذا الملتقى يمثل محطة فارقة في مسيرة الكلية، ويعكس حرصها على مواكبة التطورات العالمية في مجال الأعمال، مشيرة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي أصبح أداة أساسية في تحليل البيانات، تطوير استراتيجيات التسويق، وتحسين خدمة العملاء وإدارة سلاسل الإمداد بكفاءة عالية.
وفي ختام الفعاليات، قام رئيس الجامعة والسادة الحضور بتفقد المشروعات البحثية المقدمة من الطلاب، حيث أبدى إعجابه بالجهود المبذولة، مؤكدًا أن هذه الأعمال تعكس إبداع الطلاب وقدرتهم على المساهمة في صياغة مستقبل الاقتصاد وإدارة الأعمال في مصر

Suez University Launches the First Student Forum of the Faculty of Commerce Under the Theme “Artificial Intelligence in the Business World”

Suez University witnessed a distinguished academic event this morning as Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of the University, inaugurated the First Student Forum of the Faculty of Commerce under the title “Artificial Intelligence in the Business World.” Students from the Business Programs at Suez National University participated in the forum in the presence of several university leaders, including Prof. Dr. Ezzeldin Husseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dr. Osama Massoud, Vice President of Suez National University for Academic Affairs; and Prof. Dr. Rania Abdelmonem Shomaa, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce.
In his opening remarks, the University President welcomed the attendees, emphasizing that the organization of this forum represents an important step toward supporting student activities and enriching university life beyond the boundaries of classrooms, contributing to the development of well-rounded personalities capable of facing future challenges. He explained that the choice of the theme “Artificial Intelligence in the Business World” reflects the university’s awareness of the importance of this technology as one of the most influential drivers of change in both the economy and society. He further stressed that investment in knowledge and technology is the optimal path toward building a stronger and more sustainable future.
The University President also noted that the development of academic programs at Egyptian universities comes in implementation of the directives of Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, who emphasized the necessity of preparing graduates equipped with the skills and knowledge required by local, regional, and international labor markets. He also praised the role of Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in advancing curriculum modernization and introducing new academic tracks.
For her part, Prof. Dr. Rania Abdelmonem Shomaa, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, affirmed that the forum marks a significant milestone in the college’s journey and reflects its commitment to keeping pace with global developments in the field of business. She pointed out that artificial intelligence has become an essential tool in data analysis, marketing strategy development, customer service enhancement, and efficient supply chain management.
At the conclusion of the event, the University President and the attendees toured the research projects presented by students. He expressed his admiration for the efforts made, affirming that these works reflect the students’ creativity and their ability to contribute to shaping the future of economics and business administration in Egypt.
