في إطار حرص جامعة السويس على ضمان جودة العملية التعليمية والامتحانية، قام أ.د.أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس الجامعـــــة، بزيارة تفقدية إلى كلية هندسة البترول والتعدين، يرافقه أ.د. عزالدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب. وقد كان في استقبال سيادته أ.د. عصام أحمد علي عميد الكلية، والسادة الوكلاء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس.
وخلال الزيارة، تفقد رئيس الجامعة لجان الامتحانات، مشددًا على ضرورة مطابقة الورقة الامتحانية لمعايير الجودة والقياس والتقويم المعتمدة، بما يضمن العدالة والشفافية بين الطلاب. كما أجرى سيادته حوارات مباشرة مع عدد من الطلاب، استمع خلالها إلى آرائهم وملاحظاتهم حول سير الامتحانات وظروف انعقادها.
وأكد رئيس الجامعة على أهمية متابعة أعمال الكنترولات بشكل يومي للانتهاء من التصحيح والرصد في أسرع وقت، تمهيدًا لإعلان النتائج في المواعيد المحددة، مشيرًا إلى أن الجامعة توفر كافة التسهيلات والمقومات المادية والبشرية اللازمة لخروج العملية الامتحانية على الوجه الأمثل.
وفي تصريح له بهذه المناسبة، أوضح رئيس الجامعة أن هذه الجولات التفقدية تأتي في إطار متابعة دقيقة لمختلف الكليات، بهدف تعزيز الثقة بين الطلاب والمؤسسة الأكاديمية، وضمان تطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة في جميع مراحل العملية التعليمية.

Suez University President Reviews Examination Process at the Faculty of Petroleum and Mining Engineering

As part of Suez University’s commitment to ensuring the quality of both the educational and examination processes, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, conducted an inspection visit to the Faculty of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Ezzeldin Husseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. They were welcomed by Prof. Dr. Essam Ahmed Ali, Dean of the Faculty, along with the vice deans and faculty members.
During the visit, the University President inspected the examination committees and emphasized the importance of ensuring that examination papers comply with the approved standards of quality assurance, measurement, and evaluation, thereby guaranteeing fairness and transparency for all students. He also engaged in direct discussions with a number of students, listening to their opinions and observations regarding the examination process and the conditions under which the exams were being conducted.
The University President stressed the importance of the daily monitoring of control and grading activities to ensure the prompt completion of marking and grade recording procedures, paving the way for the announcement of results within the scheduled timeframe. He noted that the University provides all necessary facilities, resources, and human support to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations.
In a statement on the occasion, Prof. Dr. Heniegal explained that these inspection tours form part of the University’s comprehensive follow-up of its various faculties, aiming to strengthen confidence between students and the academic institution while ensuring the implementation of the highest quality standards throughout all stages of the educational process.
