استضاف برنامج مصر في 60 دقيقة  المحامي الكبير  و الجنائي  عمرو الباشا، المتخصص في قضايا الابتزاز الإلكتروني والأم السيبراني، الذي كشف عن خفايا هذا العالم المظلم وحذّر من الانزلاق وراء الثقة العمياء والروابط المشبوهة.
كما قال “الباشا” إن الابتزاز الإلكتروني أصبح أخطر من السلاح الأبيض، لأنه يُمارَس من وراء الشاشات دون مواجهة مباشرة، مشيرًا إلى أن أنواعه تتنوع بين الابتزاز العاطفي، الجنسي، المادي والمعلوماتي، وقد يصل ضحاياه أحيانًا إلى الانتحار تحت ضغط الفضيحة أو الخوف من المجتمع.
وأشار إلى إحدى القضايا التي هزّت وجدانه، بعدما اضطرّت فتاة لدفع ملايين الجنيهات نتيجة تهديدها بصور شخصية، مؤكدًا أن القضاء المصري تعامل بحزم مع الجناة وأصدر أحكامًا رادعة وصلت إلى 15 عامًا من السجن.
هذا و أوضح “الباشا” أن القانون رقم 175 لسنة 2018 جاء ليضع إطارًا واضحًا لجرائم الإنترنت، داعيًا الضحايا لعدم الاستسلام أو التنازل، بل التوجّه فورًا إلى مباحث تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإبلاغ مع الحفاظ على الأدلة، لأن التهاون يُضيع الحقوق ويفتح الباب أمام المزيد من الجرائم.
وفي ختام اللقاء، شدّد المحامي الكبير  الجنائي على أن الحذر هو خط الدفاع الأول، محذرًا من مشاركة الصور أو البيانات مع أي شخص مهما كانت درجة القرابة أو الثقة، ومؤكدًا أن “المجرم الإلكتروني” أصبح مسلحًا بالعلم والتقنية، وأن مواجهة هذه الظاهرة تتطلب وعيًا مجتمعيًا وتشديدًا متواصلًا للقوانين.

At a time when th word became a bullet, the image is a bomb and the data is a weapon that threatens the homes, the “Egypt in 60 minutes” program highlighted the most dangerous files of the modern era, which is the file of electronic crimes and blackmail online.
During the episode, the program hosted the criminal lawyer, Amr Al -Basha, who specializes in electronic blackmail and cyber security cases, which revealed the secrets of this dark world and warned against slipping behind blind confidence and suspicious links.
Al -Basha also said that electronic blackmail has become more dangerous than white weapon, because it is practiced from behind the screens without direct confrontation, noting that its types vary between emotional, sexual, material and information extortion, and its victims may sometimes reach suicide under the pressure of the scandal or fear of society.
He referred to one of the issues that shook his conscience, after a girl was forced to pay millions of pounds as a result of her threat with personal photos, stressing that the Egyptian judiciary dealt firmly with the perpetrators and issued deterrent rulings of 15 years of prison.
Al -Basha explained that Law No. 175 of 2018 came to set a clear framework for Internet crimes, calling on victims to not surrender or waiver, but rather directing to the Information Technology Investigations and reporting while preserving evidence, because negligence is lost and opens the door to more crimes.
At the end of the meeting, the great criminal lawyer stressed that caution is the first line of defense, warning against sharing photos or data with any person, whatever the degree of kinship or confidence, stressing that the “e -criminal” has become armed with science and technology, and that facing this phenomenon requires societal awareness and continuous tightening of the laws.
