محافظ السويس ورئيس جامعة السويس يشهدان توقيع بروتوكول تعاون بين مستشفى السويس الجامعي ومجموعة شركات السويدي

شهد معالي اللواء أ.ح. هاني رشاد علي محافظ السويس، أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس، مراسم توقيع بروتوكول تعاون بين المستشفى الجامعي ومجموعة شركات السويدي، وذلك في إطار تعزيز الدور المجتمعي لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني نحو دعم الجهات الصحية.
حضر التوقيع كل من:
أ.د. عز الدين حسيني جاد نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب د. محمد علام نائب المحافظ، أ.د. أسامة سامة قدور القائم بأعمال نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة. وقد وقع البروتوكول عن الجامعة أ.د. دعاء محمد سيد عميد كلية الطب، وعن مؤسسة السويدي الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد محمد عبد الفتاح عضو مجلس إدارة مؤسسة السويدي لتنمية المجتمع.

يهدف البروتوكول إلى تكامل جهود الطرفين لتحقيق المصلحة العامة للقطاع الصحي، من خلال توفير المؤسسة الدعم المطلوب لتمويل وشراء أجهزة طبية وعلمية حديثة، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمواطنين، وتمويل المبادرات الصحية، وتأصيل أسس الشراكة بين مؤسسات القطاعين العام والخاص.

كما يتضمن البروتوكول تقديم دعم مباشر لتجهيز أقسام الغسيل الكلوي، الأطفال المبتسرين والحضانات، العناية المركزة، العمليات الجراحية، الطوارئ، والأقسام الداخلية، وذلك عبر توفير مستلزمات التشغيل أجهزة حديثة ومتطورة ترفع من كفاءة الخدمة الطبية المقدمة. كما يشمل أيضا تنظيم قوافل طبية متخصصة.

هذا وقد أكد اللواء أ.ح. هاني رشاد علي محافظ السويس أن هذا البروتوكول يعكس الدور الحيوي لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني الخاصة في دعم مؤسسات القطاع الحكومي، مشيرًا إلى أن التعاون المثمر يسهم في توفير خدمات صحية تليق بالمواطنين، ويعزز الآمال المنتظرة من المستشفى الجامعي الذي سيقدم خدمات صحية متطورة لأبناء السويس.

ومن جانبه فقد أعرب أ.د. رئيس الجامعة عن شكره وتقديره لمعالي المحافظ على رعايته لهذا البروتوكول، مشيدًا بالتعاون القائم بين مختلف المؤسسات الوطنية لخدمة المواطنين. وأكد حرص الجامعة الشديد على اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لسرعة الانتهاء من التجهيزات الخاصة بالمستشفى الجامعي، تمهيدًا لافتتاحه مع بداية الشهر القادم، بما يضمن تقديم خدمات صحية متميزة لأبناء المحافظة.

جدير بالذكر أن هذا التعاون يمثل خطوة نوعية نحو تحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية في محافظة السويس، حيث سيسهم في رفع كفاءة المستشفى الجامعي ليكون مركزًا طبيًا متكاملًا يخدم أبناء المحافظة. كما يعزز البروتوكول ثقة المواطنين في قدرة مؤسسات الدولة بالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص على توفير خدمات صحية تليق بهم، ويضع أساسًا متينًا لشراكات مستقبلية في مجالات أخرى من التنمية المجتمعية.

Suez Governor and President of Suez University Witness the Signing of a Cooperation Protocol between Suez University Hospital and Elsewedy Group

Major General Staff Officer Hany Rashad Ali, Governor of Suez, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation protocol between Suez University Hospital and Elsewedy Group of Companies, as part of efforts to strengthen the social responsibility role of civil society institutions in supporting the healthcare sector.

The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Ezz El-Din Husseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Mohamed Allam, Deputy Governor of Suez; and Prof. Dr. Osama Sameh Kaddour, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The protocol was signed on behalf of the university by Prof. Dr. Doaa Mohamed Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and on behalf of Elsewedy Foundation by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Elsewedy Foundation for Community Development.

The protocol aims to integrate the efforts of both parties in serving the public interest of the healthcare sector. Under the agreement, the foundation will provide the necessary support to finance and purchase modern medical and scientific equipment, contributing to the improvement of healthcare services offered to citizens, supporting health initiatives, and strengthening partnerships between public and private sector institutions.

The protocol also includes direct support for equipping the departments of hemodialysis, neonatal intensive care and incubators, intensive care units, operating rooms, emergency services, and inpatient wards through the provision of modern operational supplies and advanced medical equipment to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare services. In addition, the agreement provides for the organization of specialized medical convoys.

Major General Hany Rashad Ali, Governor of Suez, emphasized that the protocol reflects the vital role of private civil society institutions in supporting public sector organizations. He noted that such fruitful cooperation contributes to providing healthcare services worthy of citizens and reinforces expectations for the university hospital, which is set to offer advanced healthcare services to the people of Suez.

For his part, the President of Suez University expressed his sincere appreciation to the Governor for sponsoring this protocol and praised the ongoing cooperation among national institutions in serving citizens. He reaffirmed the university’s commitment to taking all necessary measures to complete the hospital’s preparations as quickly as possible in anticipation of its inauguration at the beginning of next month, ensuring the delivery of distinguished healthcare services to the residents of the governorate.

It is worth noting that this cooperation represents a significant step toward improving healthcare services in Suez Governorate. It will contribute to enhancing the efficiency of Suez University Hospital and establishing it as a comprehensive medical center serving the people of the governorate. Furthermore, the protocol strengthens public confidence in the ability of state institutions, in partnership with the private sector, to provide high-quality healthcare services and lays a solid foundation for future partnerships in other areas of community development.
