ترأس أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس ورئيس مجلس إدارة وحدة المطابع الجامعية اجتماع مجلس الإدارة بحضور أ.د. أسامة قدور القائم بأعمال نائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة، وذلك لتقييم وضع الوحدة وضمان تشغيلها بشكل مستدام.
خلال الاجتماع، استمع سيادته إلى تقرير شامل حول حالة المطبعة والخدمات التي تقدمها للجامعة واحتياجات تشغيلها بكامل طاقتها، بحيث لا تقتصر خدماتها على الكليات والإدارات الجامعية فقط، بل تمتد لتشمل المجتمع المدني من شركات وهيئات وقطاع خاص، بما يسهم في تنمية الموارد وتعزيز الدور المجتمعي للجامعة.
كما استمع أ.د. رئيس الجامعة إلى عرض تفاعلي قدمه دكتور “قـــــــدور” تناول فيه خطة القطاع لتطوير المطبعة، واحتياجاتها، وخطة الصيانة الدورية، بالإضافة إلى الخطة التسويقية وفرص استغلال الإمكانات الكبيرة للمطبعة داخليًا وخارجيًا.
وطالب رئيس الجامعة نائب رئيس الجامعة والمدير التنفيذي للمطبعة بتقديم تقرير شامل عن الخطة التنفيذية لما تم الاتفاق عليه خلال الاجتماع، مؤكدًا أن الجامعة تسعى إلى تطوير وحداتها الإنتاجية بما يحقق الاستدامة المالية ويعزز خدمة المجتمع.
وقد أكد أ.د. أشرف حنيجل أن تطوير وحدة المطابع يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من إمكانات الجامعة، مشيرًا إلى أن الجامعة لا تكتفي بخدمة الكليات والإدارات الداخلية، بل تعمل على توسيع نطاق خدماتها لتشمل المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص، بما يعزز موارد الجامعة ويدعم أهدافها في خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة.

Heniegal Chairs Meeting of the Suez University Printing Presses Board of Directors

Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University Printing Presses Unit, chaired a meeting of the Board in the presence of Prof. Dr. Osama Kaddour, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, to assess the unit’s current status and ensure its sustainable operation.
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Heniegal reviewed a comprehensive report on the printing press, the services it provides to the university, and the requirements needed to operate it at full capacity. The discussion emphasized expanding its services beyond university faculties and administrative departments to include civil society institutions, companies, governmental bodies, and the private sector, thereby contributing to resource development and strengthening the university’s community engagement role.
The University President also listened to an interactive presentation delivered by Dr. Kaddour, outlining the sector’s plan for developing the printing press, its operational needs, the periodic maintenance program, the marketing strategy, and opportunities for maximizing the utilization of the press’s substantial capabilities both within and outside the university.
Prof. Dr. Heniegal directed the Acting Vice President and the Executive Director of the Printing Press to submit a comprehensive report detailing the implementation plan for the decisions reached during the meeting. He emphasized that the university is committed to developing its productive units in a manner that ensures financial sustainability and enhances community service.
He further noted that upgrading the Printing Press Unit represents an important step toward maximizing the university’s resources and capabilities. He stressed that Suez University is not limited to serving its internal faculties and administrative units but is also working to expand its services to civil society and the private sector, thereby strengthening university resources and supporting its mission of community service and environmental development.
