رئيس جامعة السويس يترأس اجتماع وحدة القياس والتقويم ويُوجه بحزمة من الإجراءات لتطوير الأداء المؤسسي وتعزيز الجودة

عقد صباح اليوم أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس رئيس اجتماعًا موسعًا لوحدة القياس والتقويم الجامعي، بحضور د. أحمد سمير عبدالنبي مدير الوحدة، والسادة ممثلي الوحدة بكليات الجامعة.
وخلال الاجتماع، استعرض رئيس الجامعة جهود وحدة القياس والتقويم وخطط العمل المستقبلية، مؤكدًا أهمية دور الوحدة في دعم اتخاذ القرار وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي وتطوير مختلف القطاعات الأكاديمية والإدارية بالجامعة.
ووجّه رئيس الجامعة بعدد من التوصيات والإجراءات التنفيذية، في مقدمتها إعداد آلية متكاملة لتقييم القيادات الجامعية والإدارية من خلال استبيانات دورية تعتمد على معايير ومؤشرات واضحة، مع ضمان السرية والشفافية والحيادية في جمع وتحليل البيانات. كما كلف وحدة القياس والتقويم بتنفيذ هذه الآلية ورفع نتائجها مباشرة إلى رئاسة الجامعة بما يحقق الاستقلالية والموضوعية والاستفادة من المخرجات في تحسين الأداء.
كما أكد سيادته ضرورة الإسراع في إنشاء وتفعيل بنوك الأسئلة بجميع كليات الجامعة، من خلال حصر المقررات الدراسية وتحديد نسب الإنجاز بكل كلية، وإعداد تقارير متابعة دورية لضمان استكمال بنوك الأسئلة لجميع المقررات وفقًا للمعايير الأكاديمية المعتمدة.
كما وجه “حنيجــــــــــل” أيضًا بزيادة مشاركة وحدة القياس والتقويم في أعمال تقييم وتصنيف الجامعات، والتنسيق مع مختلف قطاعات الجامعة لتوفير البيانات والمؤشرات والأدلة المطلوبة، بما يدعم المكانة التنافسية للجامعة في مختلف التصنيفات المحلية والدولية.
وخلال الاجتماع أكد رئيس جامعة السويس على أن الجامعة تتبنى نهجًا مؤسسيًا قائمًا على التقييم المستمر وقياس الأداء وفق مؤشرات واضحة، مشيرًا إلى أن تطوير منظومة القياس والتقويم يسهم في رفع كفاءة العمل وتحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية والإدارية وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للجامعة. وأضاف أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد متابعة دقيقة لمعدلات التنفيذ بما يضمن تحقيق المستهدفات الاستراتيجية للجامعة ودعم مسيرة التطوير المستدام.

President of Suez University Chairs Meeting of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit and Directs a Package of Measures to Develop Institutional Performance and Enhance Quality

This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, chaired an expanded meeting of the University’s Measurement and Evaluation Unit, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Samir Abdelnaby, Director of the Unit, and representatives of the Unit from the University’s various faculties.
During the meeting, the University President reviewed the efforts of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit and its future work plans, emphasizing the importance of the Unit’s role in supporting decision-making, achieving institutional excellence, and developing the University’s various academic and administrative sectors.
The University President issued a number of recommendations and executive directives, foremost among which was the development of an integrated mechanism for evaluating university and administrative leaders through periodic surveys based on clear standards and indicators, while ensuring confidentiality, transparency, and impartiality in the collection and analysis of data. He also assigned the Measurement and Evaluation Unit to implement this mechanism and submit its results directly to the University Presidency, thereby ensuring independence and objectivity and facilitating the use of the findings to improve performance.
He also stressed the need to accelerate the establishment and activation of question banks across all University faculties by conducting an inventory of academic courses, determining the rates of completion in each faculty, and preparing periodic follow-up reports to ensure the completion of question banks for all courses in accordance with approved academic standards.
Prof. Dr. Heniegal also directed the Measurement and Evaluation Unit to increase its participation in university assessment and ranking activities and to coordinate with the University’s various sectors to provide the required data, indicators, and supporting evidence. This, he noted, would strengthen the University’s competitive position in various national and international rankings.
During the meeting, the President of Suez University affirmed that the University has adopted an institutional approach based on continuous evaluation and performance measurement according to clear indicators. He pointed out that developing the measurement and evaluation system contributes to enhancing work efficiency, improving the quality of educational and administrative services, and strengthening the University’s competitiveness. He added that the coming period would witness close monitoring of implementation rates to ensure the achievement of the University’s strategic targets and support its sustainable development efforts.
